Dr Mitzi Yoga

My classes are designed to help you feel calm, relaxed, and refreshed, bringing balance to both body and mind. I teach Vinyasa yoga, which is a smooth, flowing style that links your breath with gentle movement. Each class starts with simple breathing exercises and finishes with a relaxing rest with the soothing sounds of singing bowls.

Yoga means something different to everyone, and there are many styles to explore. If my classes don’t feel quite right for you, I’d still encourage you to try other teachers or styles — there’s something out there for everyone.

I also offer private 1-to-1 sessions and group sessions for workplaces or private bookings. Please get in touch if you’d like to chat about what might suit you best.

If you can’t make a class you’ve booked, please let me know or cancel your place. I’m not able to offer refunds, but I’ll always try to find you a spot in another session.
