Before your first class
I am so pleased you are planning to join a yoga class, here are some of the things you can do before the class to help you prepare.

Complete the New Student Form
Please fill out the participation/health form in advance so I can understand any injuries, medical conditions, or individual needs and ensure your safety during class.

Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early
This allows time to settle in, transition on to your mat and start the session calm.
Arrive Hydrated and Prepared
Drink water beforehand and feel free to bring a water bottle, along with any personal equipment you prefer (e.g. mat, blocks, strap). I do provide mats and bricks!
