Beginners Guide to Yoga | Part 2: Standing Postures
In this video I will be breaking down some common standings postures so you can feel prepared when you attended a yoga flow class! Standing postures in yoga improve balance, stability, and strength by engaging multiple muscle groups, particularly in the legs and core. They also enhance focus and mental clarity, promoting better alignment and body awareness. I am still very much in the early stages of my training/ teaching but I am practicing my teaching as well as my yoga and I hope you enjoy! Grab your mat and let’s begin!
